The attitude of the clerk (young girl) is very bad. After paying the bill and filling the bags, I didn't say thank you and went to pack the cake that someone else had ordered (originally I was working alone, so it became a two-person job). I think there was only one other group of customers. I don't think it can be helped because it's my own bag now, but the other store clerk (a female clerk in her 50s) greeted me until the end and took good care of me. Training store staff is difficult, but I think this is also a service. It's true that you can't buy cakes at super cheap prices like you used to, and when you think about it, Chateraise doesn't have the charm it used to.

I had high hopes for the up pie that was introduced on TV, but to be honest, it wasn't as delicious as I expected. Up pie from a bakery is usually more delicious. I buy it because there are so many different types, but is it just because the price is so cheap? Cheesy taste or very half-baked taste. Only twice: when I saw it for the first time and when I went to buy an up pie.

It's not that crowded and parking is easy. I often use the assortment. Especially the ice cream is a bargain.

Today I went to Chateraise to buy some sweets as a thank you. I bought a dorayaki and castella set. The young woman at the cash register was very nice. He said it would take a little while, so I'll take him to the car. I also bought dorayaki and bread for home🍞 It’s always delicious 😊

I bought a birthday cake. It was a great feeling to hear "Congratulations!" both when I ordered and when I received the product. All the staff members are very enthusiastic and the customer service is very good.
